HOW TO ENTER:

HOW TO ENTER:  Contestant must register and attend one of the GAF Training & Education Seminars on January 30 or 31, 2024.  Contest begins at 8:00am on January 30, 2024, and ends at 1:00pm on January 31, 2024. Participant must have a Riverhead Building Supply (RBS) trade account in good standing (charge or cash accounts only, no homeowner accounts accepted) or open a Riverhead Building Supply account to qualify. Limit one entry per registration, account or business. No purchase is necessary to enter. WINNERS: There will be 1 winner per event. The winner will be notified in person at the end of Event. PRIZE: Winner will receive up to 20 squares with accessories of GAF UHDZ roofing materials. No substitution of prize or transfer of prize will be permitted except at Sponsor’s option. Maximum total approximate retail value of prize: $5,000.00. No cash substitute. Labor/installation not included. Prize can be picked up at 3495 Lawson Blvd., Oceanside, NY, or delivered within Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, or Kings Counties in New York State on or before May 3, 2024. ELIGIBILITY: The entrant drawn must be present at the event at time of drawing in order to claim prize.  If entry drawn is not present they will forfeit the prize and another entry will be drawn. The drawing is only open to legal residents of New York who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of RBS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. By entering the drawing, participant acknowledges that he/she agrees to allow the use of participant’s name and/or likeness and/or voice in publicity concerning the contest without compensation, unless prohibited by law. RBS and GAF, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, shall not be responsible for any damages, compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, with respect to, or in any way arising from the contest. Winners are responsible for all taxes, license, registration and other fees as applicable, including sales tax. Winner will be required to sign affidavits of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, which must be returned within 15 days of notification, or the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen. Acceptance of prize by winner releases RBS, and other suppliers, its distributors, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising and promotional agencies, and judging organizations from any liability for special, indirect, or consequential damage or injuries due to negligence of any kind with respect to product, or participation in any/all prize events. Subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
