Dear RBS Customers:
Effective Saturday 3/21, we will be making changes to our business in an effort to further minimize transmission opportunities of the COVID-19 virus.
Until further notice, our operating hours will be:
Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM
Saturday 7AM-12PM
Quaker Hill CT and Richmond RI will be closed on Saturdays
We will be limiting the number of customers in our stores at any one time and will only admit one representative from a company at a time. We encourage you to place your orders ahead of time so that we might either deliver them or have them ready for you when you arrive at our yards but we will endeavor to accommodate walk-in customers on a first-come first-served basis. Pick up orders, placed in advance must be billed and/or paid when placed. We will make every effort to expedite your pick up orders but please understand that we might not be able to accommodate every request.
During this time, we have modified our delivery policy and will provide free delivery for any order over $100. Our same-day delivery service goal is currently suspended.
We ask you minimize the number of people entering our facilities at any one time and educate your employees with regard to the importance of maintaining a 6’ distance from others. If you or your employees are sick, please do not enter our premises.
Please note that we will no longer make inside deliveries to an occupied dwelling. We hope this is a temporary inconvenience.
COVID-19 is forcing significant changes upon all of us as we adapt based on the latest available information which seems to change by the hour. We ask your understanding as we temporarily adjust our business practices to maintain the health of our employees and our customers.
