Riverhead Building Supply offers two types of accounts for trade professionals:

The Riverhead Building Supply PROCharge Account is available to professionals (builders, contractors, landscapers, and others.) Accounts are billed monthly. Enjoy a 5% discount on monthly purchase if your account is paid in full according to our specified payment terms. Opening an account begins with downloading a Credit Application. Simply fax it back along with a copy of your driver's license to our Credit Department at 631-727-6361. Once approved, you will receive an easy-to-understand statement with all the invoices from the month. we can even create separate subsidiary accounts under each job name to make your bookkeeping less time-consuming and more efficient.

The Riverhead Building Supply PROCash Account, also known simply as a PRO Account, is designed for those professionals preferring to pay by cash, check, or credit card as they purchase materials. A credit card authorization form can be downloaded here.

Enrollment is easy. Just download a PROCash Enrollment form (Contractor Version or Homeowner Version) and fax a completed copy to our Marketing Department at 631-727-3308. Once the annual purchase goal has been met (see our purchase goal for the current year on the enrollment form), a PROBonus check equal to 5% of purchases will be mailed to the account holder. Checks are mailed at the end of each quarter. In order to receive checks from Riverhead Building Supply, you will need to download and complete an IRS Form W-9. No checks will be mailed until we have this form on file.
